You're looking for a professional and smooth way to your internationally regarded Coaching Certification - that's how you become an impactful coach with Solutionsurfers.
First Step:
Accomplish our PURE Brief Coaching Program: the fully online and highly interactive online program.
Second Step:
Take part and pass the final performance evaluation on our 2 day ACC-Credential Workshop (online). Our programme is developed to meet the International Coach Federation (ICF) Level 1 standards and provide you with the necessary skills and hours to apply for your ACC certificate.
What more do you need for your ACC

you have to ensure that you already have 100 hours Coaching-Experience

pass the ICF multiple-choice test about the Coaching Core Competencies
If you're all set, you can submit your application online to the ICF. Shortly afterwards it is time to celebrate! You soon will receive your official ACC Certificate from the ICF, which is very much accredited in the international coaching world as proof of your high level of professionalism as a coach.

Mentor-Coaching with a qualified PCC

3 hours of 1:1 Mentor-Coaching within 6 weeks, to develop your personal coaching-style and deepen your understanding of the Coaching-Core Competencies. Getting oral and written feedbacks (at least 2).

Preparing for the multiple-choice test about the Core-Competencies

One Day Performance Evaluation

every participant of the training will lead a live-coaching session as a final demonstration of her/his coaching competencies.
REINFORCING LEARNING
Each training is highly interactive. During the webinars there are lots of possibilities to practice and to experiment with de solution focused ideas and tools.
Between the webinars you meet in self-organised study groups to reinforce each others learning. To accompany your progress, we've designed a special learning platform with all material needed, for a good development and preparation.
Daniel, Co-Founder of Solutionsurfers®, Master Certified Coach (ICF) will guide you throughout this ACC program together with the international Solutionsurfers-Faculty members. Our aim is to support you in every aspect of this credentialing process and create a program in which you really can level up your coaching-skills in a short amount of time.

INVESTMENT
The tuition for this certification program is including all the material, 3hrs of mentor-coaching and the access to the learning platform with additional articles, videos etc., your financial investment will be: 1950.- CHF
