The Solutionsurfers way to become an PCC
Level 2 Certification as a Professional Certified Coach

Certification as a coach allows you to assess your own actions based on professional standards and obtain a recognized quality certificate. Coaching PRO is for coaches who have completed at least 110 training hours with us (our Coaching PUR and PLUS program) or at another ICF-recognized training institute and have over 500 hours of documented coaching experience.

Content

2 seminar days (preparation day and examination day)

3 individual feedback sessions on your own coaching

2 individual mentor coaching hours

Feed-forward regarding the 8 core competencies of the ICF

Formal final examination

Ongoing learning in a self-organized study group

Access to the learning platform, which provides all background information, enables personal development and prepares you for the ICF's final exam (CKA).
In this program, we carefully accompany you throughout the whole process. As we will work in small cohorts we can support everyone individually to make sure that you'll get everything to pass the exam.

After the PCC PRO Program:
If you're all set, you can submit your application online to the ICF. ICF will invite you to the online test about the coaching core competencies (multiple-choice test online).
Shortly afterwards it is time to celebrate! You will soon receive your official PCC Certificate from the ICF, which is very much accredited in the international coaching world as proof of your high level of professionalism as a coach.

CHF 3.400,- Seminar fee including the performance evaluation. The fees for the ICF submission are not included.
