Coaching PLUS

The solution-focused education program for advanced practitioners

Coaching PLUS is an exciting learning journey for those who like to deepen their understanding of the coaching core competencies, develop their own coaching style and gain more lightness in their own coaching practice.

And if you are aiming for the PCC credential, Coaching PLUS is the second step in our LEVEL 2 program.

​

Coaching along internationally approved standards

Coaching PLUS is an accredited training program by the International Coach Federation (ACTP /ACSTH). 

 

If you already have an ICF Credential, this Online course is an easy way to get your training hours for the renewal of your certification (37  Approved Coach Specific Training Hours).

 

If you are not certified (yet), then you can profit from a high-level program, meet the coaching core competencies and discover how to naturally apply these competencies in your work to create more impact and gain lightness.

And after the PLUS Program you are ready for the next step to get the PROFESSIONAL CERTIFIED COACH Credential by ICF.

Facts and Figures

Coaching PLUS contains:

  • 37 hours of training over five months. To times a month, we meet online in a highly interactive webinar with lots of practice and exercises for 3.5hrs each.

  • the webinars will be facilitated by experienced Brief-Coaches of the international Solutionsurfers Faculty.

  • between the webinars, you will meet other participants in your study-buddy group for further mutual learning and practising.

  • there is also an amount of self-learning time as well: to read through some material, to coach, record your coaching and reflect on it.

 

You participate online from your desk over an easy to handle online platform (zoom). As we work with a group of 12 to max 15 participants, we can use the breakout rooms for group work and lots of hands-on practice.

Part 1

  • overview of ICF Core competencies

  • how to build a strong Coaching Agreement in a Solution Focused way

  • about the Art of not knowing as a Coach

  • recording of an own coaching conversation and discovering the forward moving forces in it.

Part 2

Two online webinars (3.5hrs each)

time with your study-buddies and for self-reflection

 

  • all about the art of co-creating the coaching conversation

  • how to develop clients‘ resources while maintaining trust and intimacy in the conversation

  • record your own coaching-session and get specified feedforward

Part 3

Two online webinars (3.5hrs each)

​

  • deepen your own coaching style, confidence and creativity as a Brief Coach:review progress and discuss successes and challenges: solution-focused supervision on your questions regarding one of your coaching recordings.

  • different ways of staying brief and simple also in challenging client situations

  • and the new focus: coach the client - not the issue.

Time with your study-buddies and for self-reflection

 

  • the focus: your assumptions - and how these assumptions influence the length and affectivity of each coaching conversation

  • time for questions and special topics

  • final reflection over the whole program

FACILITATORS

Daniel Meier (MCC) and

Jesper H. Christiansen (PCC)

are highly experienced Brief Coaches and trainers. They will be the main facilitators throughout the whole program. And we will invite some "special guests" - 'brief coaches' with special knowledge about some topics to round up the program.

CERTIFICATION

 

By accomplishing the training participants will receive a Solutionsurfers Diploma.

The International Coach Federation (ICF), the largest organization for professional coaching worldwide, accredits all our Coach-Trainings. The Brief Coaching PLUS gives you 37 ACSTH - Approved Coach Specific Training Hours.

INVESTMENT

For this program of 37 hrs ICF accredited coach training hours including all the material and the access to the learning platform with additional articles, videos etc., your financial investment will be: CHF 3980.-

As we like to make this course affordable and available for everyone and regarding the fact, that life-costs and salaries are different in different countries and zones, we decided to take this into consideration.
